PRIYASA provides Pan-India delivery to serviceable pincodes. Serviceability is checked using the pincode/address entered during shopping or checkout.

The estimated delivery date or range shown at checkout is the best estimate for the selected address and order. Actual delivery can vary because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, remote-area serviceability or other circumstances.

Applicable shipping charges are calculated by the checkout system based on the order and delivery details. The final shipping charge is shown before you place the order.

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and applicable payment confirmation. Orders placed around weekends, holidays or operational cut-off times may take longer to enter shipment processing.

When tracking information becomes available, it may be shown in your PRIYASA account/order details and/or communicated through supported notification channels.

If a shipment is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact PRIYASA support with your order number and relevant delivery details. We will coordinate the appropriate next step with the logistics provider where applicable.

Please check your name, mobile number, house/street details, city, state and pincode before placing an order. If an address is incorrect or not serviceable, delivery may be delayed, returned or require additional action.

If you need to cancel an order, contact support as early as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered shipment/fulfilment processing.
