The item should be unused/unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition with tags, packaging and accessories where applicable. Product-specific exclusions shown on the product page also apply.

Sign in to your PRIYASA account and use the available return option against the relevant order. If the option is unavailable, contact customer support with your order number, item and reason for return.

Returned products may be inspected before a return, exchange or refund is approved. Items that do not meet the stated return conditions may be rejected or returned to the customer.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs/video and the order number. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution according to the circumstances.

Items marked non-returnable, used/washed items, products missing required tags or packaging, and items damaged after delivery may not qualify. Certain hygiene-sensitive or customized products may also be excluded.

After an approved return is received and inspected, the applicable refund is initiated to the original payment method or other permitted method. Actual credit timing depends on the payment provider/bank.

Where exchange is available, it is subject to stock availability. A requested replacement size or colour is not guaranteed until the exchange is confirmed.

Where a return is caused by an incorrect, damaged or defective product supplied by PRIYASA, the applicable return arrangement will be communicated by support. For other eligible returns, any applicable return/shipping charges will be communicated before processing.

PRIYASA may update this policy. The policy applicable to an order will be determined according to the information and terms communicated for that order.
